Our Story

Jak’s Music opened in August 2016 after identifying a need in West Gippsland for musicians. In their planning, Kate & Mark envisaged a business that supported the musical needs of a growing community, from purchasing instruments, learning how to play, having your instrument serviced and/or repaired to performing live at our open mics. Jak’s Live nights offers opportunities for local musicians and performers to showcase their music.

Jak’s Music also operates as a stockist for other Gippsland businesses including RNS Guitars and Ukuleles, Terrill Percussion, Neil Worth Art.

By working together and building a business that supports the needs of local musicians, Jak’s Music aims to be a one stop shop for all.
